2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to respond to inquiries, process service intake profiles, manage projects, email invoices, and authenticate access to the secure client portal. We do not sell or lease customer information.

3. Database Security & Retention

All transactional database records are stored in high-security PostgreSQL database instances. Sensitive values (passwords) are hashed securely. Financial logs and invoice details are retained to satisfy compliance auditing.

4. AI Processing

Some administrative tasks rely on OpenRouter models. Private system settings, user database passwords, or unapproved records are never sent downstream to AI processing nodes. All AI agent outputs require admin validation.
