1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing our website, public consulting modules, or secure client portals, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, do not use the services.

2. Portals & Account Security

Client portal credentials must be protected at all times. You must immediately notify DigiOps support if you detect unauthorized activities or session leaks.

3. Invoices & Payments

All custom project invoices are delivered through the secure portal. Invoices must be paid in full by their respective due dates. Late payments can result in project milestone freezes or portal service suspensions.

4. Acceptable File Uploads

Clients are permitted to upload assets (images, PDFs, documents) in connection with active support tickets or projects. Uploading executable files (.exe, .sh), script scripts, or malware is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate deactivation.
